Why is Ailo Insights not showing all income from let fees?

For REST users Ailo will only show letting fees  if processed as part of the rent receipt. See our article here on Letting fees.

Any let fees manually journaled into the AALet account will not show on your Ailo graphs.

For PropertyMe users 

Using non-standard chart of accounts could potentially also result in inaccuracies as it makes it more difficult to accurately identify fee types.  We always recommend using the standard chart of accounts.

Deleting a fee schedule for a property may also stop let fees showing against your income.

As a reminder Ailo reports on residential properties only.

GST

For all trust systems Ailo reports Income exclusive of GST.   This differs from Console and PropertyMe which report income inclusive of GST.
