Starting a new chat

With Ailo you can communicate with an investor via email or SMS using our single unified chat function.

A chat can be started from two locations:

Contact search

1. Search for a contact and select
2. Click on the Chats tab
3. Click "New Chat" button to open the chat window

Opportunity
Alternatively you can also start a chat from within an opportunity

1. Select an opportunity from your Active Opportunities or Future Opportunities spaces
2. Click on the Contacts tab
3. Select your chosen Contact
4. Click on the Chats tab
5. Click "New Chat" button to open the chat window
