Why is the Ailo Insights Active Property count higher than on my Trust system report?

If you have been recently cleansing the data in your Trust system it could be caused by a short delay in data syncing.   This should realign after 24 hours.

Sold properties may still show up in Ailo.

For REST

Note: If generating a property detail report from REST and selecting a specific month will show the number of properties at the End of Month (EOM) and not those for at the end of the calendar month.

For Console

Note: If generating a rent roll report report from Console, it will only print the report as of ‘now’. You cannot print a history report from the rent roll report option. A trust account statistics report will show the End of Month  (EOM)  property count for previous months.
