Ailo sends survey to investor leads and customers.
1. Investor leads that are a lost opportunity
You did your best but the potential customer chose a different agency. As soon as an opportunity status is changed to "Lost Opportunity" Ailo will schedule a survey to go to the associated investor so you can find out where you can improve next time and win more business in the future.
If you do not want to send a survey account owners or administrators can pause the survey on the Investor profile. See our article pausing surveys .
2. Investors who are current customers
Ailo will send surveys to all your investors with an active management.
In Ailo you can identify these investors amongst your contacts as they will have a Customer status.
As well as being a customer they will have a property under management. You can confirm this by clicking on the properties tab in the investor profile and look for properties identified as being under management.
If your Trust system is connected with Ailo then we will automatically pull through all the investors with active managements from your Trust system and create them in Ailo. This will be updated daily. See our article for supported Trust systems .
Once surveys are enabled for your agency , in each individual investor profiles you will see the date the next survey is scheduled to send, along with the option to pause the survey.
Investor survey overview
On the scheduled send date the investor will receive a survey email from Ailo in their inbox. Answering the first question will open the survey form in a browser where the investor can complete the final short questions and submit their response.
As soon as the investor submits their survey response it will be viewable on the individual investor's profile as well as with latest Customer feedback in your Today space. See our article Reviewing Survey Feedback .
You will also be able to see the results and feedback from previous surveys sent in each individual investor profile.
If a management ends and this is recorded in a connected Trust system then the property will automatically move to the status Lost in Ailo and the investor will no longer receive surveys. If your Trust system is not connected, you simply need to change the property attached to the investor to the status Lost.
You can also pause surveys to an individual investor at any time. See our article pausing surveys .
